    I doubt any of your debts are statute barred as you have been making token payments but you can send a CCA request to find out if they are enforceable.  There is a template letter on the pinned posts on here I'm sure.  If they can or cannot prove the debt then you can move on to the next step.

  • Sadly I got sucked in by Galahad and they have now gone MIA after paying them for several months.  I'm also looking for advice on how to get set up to pay debts.  Any charities that anyone would recommend for advice?

    You have resurrected quite an old thread here, the usual free debt advice resources are Stepchange/PayPlan and National Debtline, you are welcome to start a new advice thread on this board as well.

    Never pay for debt advice, and anyone that claims to be able to write off your debt no questions asked should be avoided.
