I doubt any of your debts are statute barred as you have been making token payments but you can send a CCA request to find out if they are enforceable. There is a template letter on the pinned posts on here I'm sure. If they can or cannot prove the debt then you can move on to the next step.

Sadly I got sucked in by Galahad and they have now gone MIA after paying them for several months. I'm also looking for advice on how to get set up to pay debts. Any charities that anyone would recommend for advice?0
