How does an NHS pension 'pot' take account of Infation?

    I'm still serving member of forces pension. I think from 2015, the January rate of average weekly earnings is used to increase the notional pot of money for those still serving. Which I think is separate to the September CPI increase of those in receipt or deferred payment.  Maybe the same throughout public sector?
