After much kerfuffle the Coffee at Home Nero reward was changed from Post to pick up at your nearest branch due to environmental concerns and extra cost to members.
It seems they've reverted back to the old system again without a word of explanation.
Putting a pack of Nespresso capsules or filter coffee in a big envelope and driving it to wherever is even more scandalous now.
