Pre-completion credit check Leeds

Hello!
we are due to exchange and complete on a new build SO Friday 22nd.
My question is to Leeds - our lender - or lenders in general - perform a credit check prior to release of funds?
Our solicitor has requested funds as it takes up to 5 working days to reach them which is fine.
My query is that on one credit card my balance has increased by £150. And on another it reads as if it has increased by £200 however I have cleared this balance it just isn’t showing on the report yet.
My husband’s CC balance has increased by approx £100 since we were formally offered also.

There is always a chance of lenders carrying out last minute checks.
But the miniscule change in your credit card balances aren't going to be a problem.0
