Gleam multiple entry competition on Jump Dash Roll

LagrangeL2

I've noticed this on a couple of Instagram entries on Gleam. Any idea what it means? I understand the message but don't know what it's driving at.

"{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Your account is connected to Facebook account, and your Facebook account's future off-Facebook activity is currently turned off."}"
