I am trying to way up if it's better for my widowed mother in law to put her house and assets into a trust for her 2 daughters Then live as Tenant in Common. Can anyone comment of this is the best thing to do? Thanks

Even if it was possible why would anyone be silly enough to to risk ending up in Over my dead body grange, when they would have better options as a self funder?
