Has anyone had trouble receiving their £25 from Opinium Research lately?

I redeemed £25 on 15th September, and despite their initial redemption email saying I would receive my £25 in 3 weeks or less, and despite several emails to them, I have still not received either the money or an answer to when it may arrive in my bank.
When I email them via the support button, it comes back postmaster undelivered. I looked on Trust Pilot and other people have had trouble too this year, and one suggested replying to one of their emails that they send each day asking you to complete a new survey. So I did that.
They replied last week that I should check my bank as it may well be in there, well I would not have emailed them if the money was in my bank would I? I found this a really odd answer. They said they would contact their finance department and see what was going on, but surprise, surprise, no reply and no money.
Has anyone else here had any trouble and what have they done about it.
I even found the directors email and emailed him but had no reply either.
I looked up their website and emailed their new business email address in the hope that somewhere would send my email on to the relevant department, but again no reply and no money.

I’m having the same problem. Clicked on cash out on 9th December, have received nothing. I have double checked my bank details on there, which are correct.My email to them bounced back as “undeliverable”0
