Capita pension

Capita stopped paying my pension. When I queried it I was told I hadn't given them my new address which I then rectified. Three months later and they still haven't paid it into my bank account. I don't know what else to do.

Invoke their formal complaints procedure and if that doesn't deliver, escalate to pensions or financial ombudsman.0

Just in case why anyone is wondering why Capita cancelled this pension just because OP didn't notify them of his change of address...
Simply because if mail is returned marked 'gone away', especially if the pensioner is elderly, then the fund can't ignore the possibility that the pensioner has died, and stop the payments before any more damage can be done to the public purse.
That said, 3 months is far too long to reinstate the pension, and someone needs a boot up the bum.

You are so right.
No doubt they'll come up with the "universal excuse"...... clue, it begins with "C"......

Another nice admin error on my Capita run pension scheme,Late Retirement Factors have a Reduction Figure, which obviously should be an increase, so a lazy cut and pasted created document.
