Hello folks,

Not seeking medical advice here, but just wondering if anyone has had a T12 vertabrae (stable fracture) and the length of time it took you to recover? I had the fracture just going on for about 14 weeks now, have had a good enough recovery compared to what it was like,  and been discharged form the hospital, but do find that when laying down such as in bed I do have pain when  moving etc.

I do know that they say it takes up to 12 weeks to recover and bone to heal, but just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience after the 12 week period.

I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis as well

Thanks.
