As a bit of a flower nut I'm always tracking down deals & the best places to get my floral fix.
Moyses Stevens currently have 10% off their entire range with the code: Super10
A couple of other affordable florists in my local area have popped up as well, and they're worth mentioning, too. Rushes Florist is in Hammersmith, while Flowers & Plants Co. has a branch in Kensington, for all you central London folk. Finally, Fast Flower Delivery is an online store, so they're able to keep their prices pretty affordable.
These are my current favourites and the ones I've been using for birthday gifts, etc.
