I'm feeling like the odd one out here as i really can't say we've noticed  much of an increase at all in our shopping bill.
    Chicken & pork still seem cheap --1.9kg chicken £3.50 --1.1kg chick thighs £1.73-- 1.1kg chick drumsticks £1.42.
Pork shoulder ( without thick layer of fat)£3.50/kg --pork loin joint £4/kg.
We vary our veg purchases with what's at the right price on the day we go , same as we always have .
In the past we would probably have had more lamb/beef joints but that's too high at the mo, though we do sometimes get a good deal on brisket or oxtail.
You could liken our diet to seasonal but linked to economic shifts in food price/ availability.
