Thorpe Park won't refund

I went to Thorpe Park and purchased two tickets for the scare maze at £20 using the app. The email confirmation did not arrive so I went to guest services and they asked me to prove the purchase. I could only show the deduction on my bank statement but they would not do anything without the missing email so they advised to email customer services instead.

I emailed customer services the next day and they confirmed the unused tickets and that the confirmation was not received but stated that all tickets are non refundable and I agreed to this when I purchased the tickets.

As a measure of goodwill they offered to send me two one shot fast passes which amounts to the same value.

This is useless since I have left the park and don't intend to revisit. I just want my money back for the tickets I never received. Any suggestions?

In the first instance I would contact customer services again, stating that you are aware that tickets are non-refundable, but that this is not a change of mind refund. Point out that you did not receive the email containing the tickets that you paid for, you even tried to sort it out at guest services on the day, but they still did not provide you with what you paid for, so you require a full refund.

If this fails, contact your card issuer and ask about a chargeback.
