that’s long lost but I think I need to recreate it as i know I was surprised at the cost of some meals at the time and so cooked them less often

If you look online at the Sainsbury's Magazine recipes they include a box that gives the cost per serving for that recipe as well as the total number of ingredients in the recipe. Obviously it only applies if you do your shopping with them but I think most of us would be able to use it as a rough guide to how much the same shopping would cost wherever we're actually buying the bits and it is useful for a quick check. It's underneath the ingredients list at the bottom left.
