Tesco Jersey NO VAT

I note that Tesco are selling DVDs etc from their Jersey store to avoid VAT.
Are there any customs people who can advise if I /Tesco can arrange to have my booze purchased from Tesco Calais (online?)and picked up from Tesco Newcastle on Tyne.
As there is meant to be free movement of goods I would be quite happy to pay Tesco a nominal ammount for the paper transfer as presumably the wine has to come from France to Tesco UK warehouse (duty paid on arrival) and duty refunded on shipment to Calais.
I would have a receipt from Calais which I could present at Newcastle for the same Bier blonde etc.
Might blow a hole in Mr Browns budgets but is that my problem!!!????
Might even be greener than me travelling from Newcastle a couple of times a year.
Do you think friends of the Earth would support a test case???
