Those with experience of write offs with Lloyds Group (MBNA, Halifax, RBS)!

Looking for a bit of first hand experience stories. 

I’ve had a letter today from MBNA confirming they are writing off my balance with them which is a huge relief. I sent a request with a medical evidence form and budget mid September so quite a fast turnaround.

I also have debts with Halifax and RBS which I have sent the same request to. 

Being in the same ‘group’ - how likely are they to have a similar response to the request? Halifax are my main bank currently (though opened a Monzo account to deal with going forward) and have been unhelpful to date, though RBS have responded to say they are reviewing my correspondence.
