Hi guys
looking for some quick advice. I’m 1 of the unlucky few that has to pay into an IPA.

At the time of declaring bankruptcy my youngest son was in Nursery, which we were paying for with a substantial amount paid for by way of Tax credits. Now my son is no longer in paid childcare we have had a drastic reduction in the amount of Tax credits we are entitled to.
Will this make any difference in the amount I am paying towards my IPA, I’m trying to work it out in my head but need a expert view on it.

An IPA is flexible, so if your income changes to a degree that it becomes a problem, you simply inform your OR and your IPA will be re-assessed, its not a big deal, just contact them and let them deal with it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
