How about a campaign to ensure that if you can sign-up to a service online (e.g. Graze, Sky channels etc.) you must be able to cancel online. This would mean you are NOT forced to telephone, and at your expense, a companies customers services to cancel - there should be a simple clickable 'cancel subscription' - no further questions or steps should be necessary. If you can buy online you should be able to cancel online.

And you can cancel Sky online via live chat.  Although their responses are glacially slow.
