Slightly messed up recent VAT return ( flat rate )

Hi,
Probably worrying unnecessarily, but still...
Been submitting my flat rate VAT returns without any issues for a few years now.
Most recent one i made a slight mistake ( one of the boxes where i just put " 0.00 " - i did a typo and put a minus sign in front of the 0.00.
I did see a warning about this to be honest, but i went ahead and submitted it anyway . < idiot >
I have not had the usual confirmation email ( normally get on same day as submitted ) and its been a few days now.
I HAVE been back on my account and it shows the payment due as the correct amount, just wondering why no email, maybe because of the error it will have to be checked manually by HMRC ?

Presumably you pay by direct debit? If the payment is not taken on the appropriate date, you will need to contact HMRC:

You could always contact them earlier if you are concerned.1 -
