EU Digital Covid Certificate

I discovered on Sunday that the EU Digital Covid Certifcate website was available to Irish passport holders living in NI - https://covidcertificateportal.gov.ie/en-US/third-country-cert-request/ - so I applied. It keeps on failing due to an error uploading my NI certificate - or so it says! I went on to online chat and there was a lot of 'have you tried this' and 'have you tried that' all of which I had tried but I went through it all again with no joy. I left it a couple of days and tried again all still with the same error so I have given up - temporarily!

Has anyone managed to get one with their NI certificate?

Answering my own question - it was an issue with the gov.ie website! I tried again last night and it worked this time. I have a flight booked in November from Dublin and just thought it might be easier to have an EU Certificate
