I still haven't managed to list anything to sell yet 😬 although I know it's just me putting it off! 
I have been WFH for 2 extra days than budgeted for this week so that's an extra £10 in the pot and I also saved £4 on not buying some flowers, bringing it up to £32/£75 so far. With only 3 days left I'm not expecting to make the full amount this month, but I'm looking forward to doing a full month of savings next month. 

Our meeting with the mortgage advisor was a bit disappointing; because of our circumstances he could only find one lender who would consider us, even though he was a whole of market broker. I wasn't that optimistic but was hoping for more than one option! 

Our options weren't limited by our deposit size, so saving more won't help us access other lenders but it will hopefully get us mortgage free sooner even if it can't speed the build process up at all. We persevere!
