For those that purchased the item at £13.99, try going for a price drop refund!

1. Click ‘help’ located at the top right of the screen.
2. Click the ‘customer service’ button located under ‘contact us’ located in the middle right hand side of the screen.
3. It will then ask you to login to your account.
4. On the 3 tabs, click the Email tab.
5. Select the Refunds and Returns option as the issue.
6. Click choose item.
7. Select the order you wish to request a refund.

now offer a greater discount on "Ratatouille - Little Chef Remy"

Ive requested 2 price drops 4 Remy and got both partial refunds. I`ve never quoted amounts to them they`ve always done it right for me.
