Morrison’s delivery pass

I have shopped online with Morrison’s for a while but they are now stopping deliveries from several of there stores so I can no longer place an order, I have tried contacting them via customer services (by email) several times they cannot help, I can’t get through to them by phone either engaged or no answer as they are no longer delivering to me , I want them to refund the cost of my delivery pass which has only just been renewed but they seem unwilling to do this! I am going to have to use another retailer my husband is disabled and terminally ill I need a reliable delivery service, anyone else got this problem with Morrison’s and how did you resolve it.
