Morrison’s delivery pass
I have shopped online with Morrison’s for a while but they are now stopping deliveries from several of there stores so I can no longer place an order, I have tried contacting them via customer services (by email) several times they cannot help, I can’t get through to them by phone either engaged or no answer as they are no longer delivering to me , I want them to refund the cost of my delivery pass which has only just been renewed but they seem unwilling to do this! I am going to have to use another retailer my husband is disabled and terminally ill I need a reliable delivery service, anyone else got this problem with Morrison’s and how did you resolve it.

Sorry to hear this, you're unlucky as according to Retail Week, only 50 stores are getting online delivery closed down. This affects 1400 staff however. Morrisons is in the middle of a £7 billion bidding war right now. Once new owner(s) come on board, they may reinstate home delivery. AFAIK no other supermarket is cutting home delivery, although some foodservice companies are doing it.
I suggest that you keep emailing them, first of all. If you're on social media, suggest posting them as they hate negative publicity. If not, then you could try contacting local paper.
Deliveroo does home delivery from Morrisons and Co-op here. If you have Amazon Prime, you can get unlimited free delivery for a year for Deliveroo and get Morrisons food if they deliver it. Amazon also sells a lot of Morrisons groceries. I bought own brand canned salmon and saved £ on the shelf price and got free next day delivery too.
Waitrose, if you're near one, is really good at looking after vulnerable customers.0
