The most bizarre email ever!!!

It was titled: ARE YOU DEAD OR ALIVE from a spammer: 

philip landry <officeboard95@gmail.com

We got information from Ms Linda Wells that you are dead as She claim
to be your next of Kin. she send a request to transfer your fund to
her, She claim that you got yourself in car accident and die on the
way to hospital.

Here is her account information where she instructed us to transfer
your fund, $4,500,000.00 as your next of Kin.

Check Account.

But we want to confirm that you are dead before we proceed to transfer
the money to her.Please if you are not dead try to reply immediately,
So that we should cancel every communication with Ms Linda Wells and
arrest her for trying to claim your fund.

    Good grief! Would anyone fall for something like that? It's so obviously fake that I'm almost wondering if it might turn out to be genuine! (Just kidding).

    Some scammers must assume we were born yesterday lol!  Their grammar is always rubbish too - just goes to show how educated they are!

    I suspect that English is not the first language of the scammers who sent that email.

    Sounds a lot like the emails I get saying the UN needs to transfer a few billion USD and my account is the only one they can use.  And I'll get to keep 10%.    I always end up wondering how many zeros there are in a billion and what the exchange rate is while I delete and block the email.
