Hsbc repayment reward

Hi just having a problem with hsbc I had a loan with three that I had 1 payment left I have rang about the reward which I was told about in the branch that they said I would receive they are know saying I will not get it unfortunately I have moved house and can't find the paperwork but I was told for sure I qualified for this hsbc are trying g to fob me off with 50quid I have never missed a payment on this loan either which I was told is one of the criteria any help would be good

What was the reward? They're not fobbing anyone off if neither you nor they have any evidence of it, but £50 is a good freebie.0

Ask them for the paperwork.
