Overview of offer

Win the chance to be a workation tester, you and a plus one will be sent to one of TUI’s workation hotels on an all-inclusive basis for seven nights. Prize includes return flights, seven night accommodation and transfers. Winners need to have good availability to travel between November 2021 through to June 2022 excluding school holidays.

1. The competition opens at 00.01 on 21st September and ends at midnight on 5th October (“the Closing Date”).
2. The prize draw is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter the prize draw. News UK and Reach PLC employees are excluded from participation. Only one entry per named entrant and email address will be accepted. The competition closes 5th October 2021 at 11.59pm GMT. The winners will be drawn at random from entries received before this time.

 

1. Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to use the online form to tell us why you should be a workation tester. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
2. The prize is a 7 night workation, destination and hotel dependent on FCDO advice, flying with TUI from a supported airport subject to availability.
3. There are three (3) prizes to be won. Each winner will receive a 7-night holiday for two adults staying in a workation approved hotel. The holiday is on an all-inclusive basis and includes:
4. Return TUI flights to the destination
5. Return ground transfers between the destination airport and the hotel
6. Food and drink as per hotel all-inclusive standard package
7. One room suitable for two people
8. The prize excludes excursions, attractions, spa treatments, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas, testing and vaccinations. The winners and their companions must hold a current passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and from the destination
9. It is the responsibility of the winners to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Promoter (iv) bring their own working necessities such as laptop.
10. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to arrange and pay for appropriate travel insurance, any required testing or provide any required vaccination evidence for the country they are travelling to and returning to.
11. It is the responsibility of the winners to inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
12. The holiday including flights and accommodation is subject to availability and must be taken in 2022.

All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. It cannot be sold or given to an alternative party.

1. The winners must conform to the standard booking terms and conditions of the holiday found on TUI.co.uk.
2. The winners and their guests may be required to participate in publicity.
3. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the prize provider or the Promoter. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
4. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address they provide upon registration and entry are valid and correct.
5. The winning entries will be those judged to be the best of all the answers received. TUI and agency Leo Burnett will choose the winner(s)
6. The winners will be contacted by the promoter by telephone or email within 30 days of the closing date of the prize draw and are required to confirm acceptance within 21 days of notification. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to confirm their acceptance of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter may ask the winners to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
7. Upon acceptance TUI will contact the winners within 30 days to confirm dates of travel and hotel.
8. The winners may be included in publicity material, and by entering into this competition, entrants agree to their name and image being used by the Promoter for publicity purposes in the event that they win.
9. The prize must be booked at least four weeks in advance of the intended date of travel.
10. The prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. No purchase necessary for entry. No alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. The prize provider retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
11. All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at [insert website link to privacy notice].
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
