I recently got a denture for my front tooth so I am seriously considering dental implants, but need some good advice on where to go and what options are available and of course how much is it likely to be.

I am thinking maybe the upper teeth will all need replacing within the next few years so thought it would be wise to get implants now? 

I would appreciate any helpful advice as I am so unsure of what to do. This has really give my confidence a knock.

If your tooth loss is down to gum problems/gum disease it's really important to get to grips with good cleaning routines, as the same problems that have caused tooth loss will also affect implants and cause failure there too.  Implants require more thorough and precise cleaning than teeth do - so if this was the problem, then consider this carefully.
