Do I pay my CMT if the case was handed over to the FOS

I appointed a claims management team to deal with an irresponsible lending case for an existing loan that I have. When they submitted their claim the company rejected it. The team then forwarded my complaint onto the FOS who have upheld my claim based on their investigation. As such do I need to pay my CMT 30% as they didn't win the case but the FOS did?
