TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Disneyland Paris - Online Competition” (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

1.Entry ROUTES and Costs

2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

The prize winner(s) will be those persons who successfully answers the entry questions on the form and are selected by electronic random draw.

If the contestant wins a prize and it is subsequently discovered that they do not fulfil these specific terms and conditions, nor the general competitions terms and condition, they will be disqualified. 3. ENTRY PERIOD

The online game will be available to play and the prize draw will therefore be open during the following entry period:

From 27 September 2021 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to 10th October 2021 at 23:59 (“End Time”).

If any winner cannot be contacted or does not provided the required details to fulfil the prize within [21] calendar days from the date of winning a prize as part of the on-air competition, the prize will be forfeited.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents aged [18] years or over on date of entry.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

If anyone has won a competition on any Bauer Media brand to the value of £500 or more in the past 6 months, they or any person at the winning address will not be eligible to win the competition. Winning the on-air competition will trigger this condition for online competitions.

5. THE PRIZE

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

1 Prize will be awarded consisting of the follow:

One (1) package holiday consisting of two (2) night, three (3) day to Disneyland Paris for one (1) winner of the competition (Recipient) and three (3) accompanying guests, in total four (4) persons.

Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International OR an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle.
Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room by the Recipient and three accompanying guests at a Disney Resort Hotel, including continental breakfast.
Three (3) Day Park Hopper ticket per winner and accompanying guest valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park.
Meal Vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for the duration of the three (3) day trip.

The Prize is provided by Disney (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions.

Additional Terms and Conditions from the Prize Provider:

Items not included which are the responsibility of the Recipient and accompanying guests include: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.

Minors under the age of 18 not travelling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same accommodation and stateroom.

The Prize is for the Recipient and up to three (3) guests of the Recipient’s choosing.
Travel insurance is not included. It is the Recipient’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out before travelling adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Prize. Disney shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the Recipient’s failure to take out adequate insurance cover.

The holiday must be between 1st October 2021 and 30th September 2022. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days before the travel dates. Accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply.

The Recipient and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.

The Recipient and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.

It is the Recipient and their guests responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.

Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Supplier.

The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.

The Supplier reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion.

1. DATA PROTECTION.

Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS.

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.

• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.

• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.

• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.

• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.
