HELP TO BUY
Hello, was just looking for some help as i cant seem to find my help to buy documents.
I bought a home 3 years ago, new build through help to buy, the price of the house was £100,000, £5000 deposit, £75,000 mortgage and help to buy equity loan of £20,000, i pay the management fee of £1 per month at the moment, i know i have to after 5 years pay interest on the loan if not paid back, can anyone be able to confirm how much from memory i think it was around £35 per month but i can’t confirm this, would anyone be able to offer help with this? Thanks
