Giants Causeway open?

Does anyone know if the causeway is fully open again after covid? we want to do a tour from belfast but have been told its not 100% back in action

As I understand it, despite the National Trust's attempts to pretend otherwise, it is public land and freely accessible at all times providing you don't want to use their car park or "visitor centre".2
