What coffee beans do you guys use and what coffee machines along with that?

Im looking to jazz up my coffee drinking experience from home and I want to try 'boujee' style coffee beans, which you ground and enjoy the whole process - Ive heard a bit about making coffee this way yourself and it tastes much better/purer, with a better 'hit'.

I've got a Delonghi bean-to-cup machine and buy Lavazza beans from Costco.
Its not "boujee" just standard good coffee.
