Shops that take Nationwide bank transfer and ship abroad?

Hello, I have a bank account which only allows me to send money to another Nationwide bank account. In order to make use of it, while I am abroad, I was thinking of spending that money in some shop that account IBAN bank transfer and shipped overseas, but of course, it would have to be very trustworthy, as it is a way of payment which leaves very little possibility of a claim.

Which shops do you know that have a Nationwide bank account, accept IBAN, send abroad and are trustworthy? (I know they are quite a few requirements!)
