Whether it's enough notice is an opinion. There's nothing in law that says they can't. You are still on the same contractual terms, they have just changed the rotation. Unless the contract says otherwise, then they can do that.0

Does the shift move permit you to take the booked A/L?

I am probably being dense here, but if you booked the annual leave to cover a specified time period, how does the shift that you are on alter that time period? Or did you book a holiday assuming that you wouldn't be working at all, and never asked the employer for leave?roycrop said:Been on medical suspension for over 6 months and alraady pre booked holdiays assuming I was on original shift pattern.1 -
Cancel the leave that's not required.roycrop said:I booked it as for instance something was happening in an evening and I was afternoons. Now on the new rota I will be days, and not require the leave1
