Thames Clippers Uber App

My teen bought 3 Rover tickets between Greenwich and Waterloo for a day out with friends. As a savvy student she travelled using a travelcard with gave her the river roamer tickets at £13.60 rather than £18.40 each. Due to events occurring on the day they couldn't use the tickets and bring quite a distance away they couldn't afford to travel back to London despite being valid for 3 months. None of the tickets have been activated but they are refused a refund. Surely this is beyond cheeky?

It wasn't their failure to provide the service so it is up to their discretion0
