Relocation expenses - twice

I started working for my current employer in April 2020 and received an £8k net relocation expenses payment, below the HMRC threshold. I was asked to submit receipts against corporate policy, even though not necessary for tax.
I am now (October 2021) relocating to a new location within the same company, and they are again offering a £8k net payment to cover my moving expenses.
The query is whether I can receive two genuinely-valid (200+ miles) relocation payments 18 months apart in adjacent tax years?
