So. A few years ago I was really struggled with money, took a few payday loans out. Which most certainly shouldnt have been allowed as I literally used to put my wage BACK into the loan to pay it off then take it back out.

Anyway, turns out I had a sunny account that I didnt clear and have recently received this email.

Any advice?
what should I do?

TIA!!!

"Opps, something went wrong" - can't spell "Oops"
"Our communication wasn't as clear as it could of been" - "could have", not "could of"
Basic spelling and grammar errors such as these would ring alarm bells for me.
  • Opps. They defiantly could of done a lot betterer.  :)

You don`t need to respond to emails/texts or phone calls from debt collectors.

You are only required to respond, should you wish to do so, if the company actually writes to you.

If they can be bothered to do that, then respond with the "provit letter" available from the DFW stickies.

Until then you can ignore them.
