My accountant has already submitted my tax return, but I've missed a few invoices so want to add this onto the profit and turnover figures. How do I update these figures?

If your accountant submitted the tax return via their own software then they need to amend it on their software and re-submit it. There's no easy way for you to do the amendment yourself as a return submitted via third party software will not show on HMRC's site in the same way a return would if you had submitted it yourself.0
