Difficulty trying to settle Ikano loan.

I am trying to pay off a loan from Ikano bank, but not having much luck in obtaining a final balance. I have emailed them for the information, but am told that this will take about 10 days before I can expect a reply. It seems that this is about the norm for Ikano, and there doesn't appear to be any way of talking to them. Paying this loan off is important to me, as it could impact on another arrangement which I am involved in. Can anybody suggest some way in which things could be speeded up? I need the final balance to enable final payment through my own bank. I know the balance due, but this is without 18 day interest which I will have to pay for early repayment.

Normally early repayment has a 58 day interest charge if you are not within the last 2 months of its normal conclusion. I believe Ikano is the same from my previous experience.
