Hi i am just wondering what the maximum mortgage i would be able to borrow on a 30k a year wage? I have no loans or credit cards and no monthly debt apart from general spending household bills. My 30k wage is made up of a monthly bonus also but it totals around 30k for the year. Thanks

anything between £120k and £135k, but definitely speak to a broker. not all lenders assess bonuses in the same way.
