My elderly monitor recently flatlined, and now I want a snazzy new one - of the 17" LCD TFT variety - as cheap as poss with a guarantee. Anyone know of a good deal?

Depends on your price bracket, I went to PCWorld the other day and they offered me a 17" tft for 150 pounds. Usual shop guarantee. I snapped his hand off
I did have my eye on a 17" LG model at 169.00 but they were sold out
I looked in Comet, Curry's, Maplin and they all had 15" at around the 130/150 mark. Mine is a MAC/MAG plug n plag and I love it.Panda xx

There don't appear to be any £99.99 ones on PCWorld website at the moment. They were some old model bobby-basic slow 15" LG ones last time they had some.
I got the silver-based version of the 17" one they've got on at £169.99. I got it from Currys on clearance at £140.
EBuyer.com have the LG 1715 17" TFT as their second best seller at the moment - £145.99 plus delivery. Gets good reviews.
Ebuyer has a 15" TFT at the moment for £99.99 with FREE delivery.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0
