Tesco online shopping coupon error

Hi all ,

I had a Tesco online shop on the 9th September.
On my account at the checkout I had a coupon for £50 to use, so obviously I used it. Had the email to inform me my bill had been reduced by the £50.

Credit card bill came through and its showing the full amount !

I've emailed Tesco customer services and they are now informing me up to the 9th there was an error country wide and a lot of people had their coupons upped by x100 ???

Has anyone else had this problem?
