If you are only fit for work with adjustments, then you can't go back until or unless those adjustments are made. Have you spoken to your employers? Because really, nobody here could advise you what to do if you haven't asked them first.0

I think 'waiting it out' is all you can do. Although the OH say you are fit to return with adjustments, that doesn't mean the employer will have to agree to the adjustments, or think they are reasonable.

Communication in some large companies is poor at the moment, keep in contact with them.

Unfortunately that isn't up to occupational health and they shouldn't be speaking on behalf of the company or commenting on what they can or should do. Their role is to only advise the company on what is possible. But it really does pay to keep talking to your employer. Things are still difficult and what might seem simple often isn't now. We have been waiting 17 weeks for a chair for one of my staff and still have no delivery date.roycrop said:I haven't . If you are off sick and your employer has not thought to ask you to take annual leave - and you haven't asked for nor been paid for any - then it rolls forward and is not lost.roycrop said:Ahh no worries I'm happy to wait, just want to get back to work too. As still have all annual leave this left and not sure what happens to it now.
That is, the statutory entitlement does but if you receive more than statutory (28 days including BHs if taken) then the employer can decide what happens to the additional time.0
