1)     The prize comprises:a)     Return economy class flights for four from a London airport of the prize provider’s choice to Dublin, Ireland or Cork, Ireland (includes one piece of hand luggage per person) unless the winner is from Northern Ireland, in which case they will receive car hire (Intermediate category, VW Passat or similar) with GPS for four days, to be picked up and dropped off at their nearest car hire location (as specified by the prize provider) and £200 fuel allowance;b)     Car hire (Intermediate category, VW Passat or similar) with GPS for four days, to be picked up and dropped off at Dublin/Cork airport;

c)     Three (3) nights’ accommodation for four at The Strand Inn in Co. Wexford, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing 2 x double/twin rooms, on a bed and breakfast (continental and full cooked breakfast options available) basis (subject to availability); and

d)     Tour of the Hook Lighthouse for four; and

e)     Lunch for four in The Lightkeepers House Café and Bakery.

2)     The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)     The prize must be taken and completed by 19 December 2022. The trip cannot be taken during Christmas and New Year (19 December 2021 to 4 January 2022), or over any UK Bank Holidays (15 April 2022 to 18 April 2022; 2 May 2022; 2 June 2022, 3 June 2022, 29 August 2022). The prize and its components are subject to availability and COVID-19 restrictions.

4)     The car hire is available where the prize winner or the prize winner’s companion must be the driver aged between 21 and 75 and in possession of a full, clean licence held for at least 3 years. Holders of non-EU licences must also produce an international permit valid for at least one year. The lead driver must be in a possession of a valid credit card (not a debit card) for a security deposit (€300 approx.) to collect the car, which is refundable upon safe return of the car and provided the car is returned to the drop off point with the fuel gauge at the same level as when the car was collected. The car includes unlimited mileage, local taxes and fees and super collision damage waiver (which reduces the damage excess amount to €0). Fuel is not included. Drivers under the age of 25 will need to pay a surcharge which is included in the prize. Drivers under 23 years of age must not have any endorsements on their licence. Drivers under 25 must produce a note in English  from their protection company showing they have been driving accident free for the past 5 years.

5)     Flights may be indirect and the routing will be determined by the prize provider.

6)     The prize winner and their companions must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry into Ireland. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companions. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. For the latest advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office on travel to Ireland, including security and local laws, plus passport and visa information, check www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

7)     It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in Ireland. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companions obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

8)     Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.

9)     Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the hotel for security deposit purposes.

10)  It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and their companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

11)  The prize excludes transport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

12)  The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

13)  There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

14)  Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
