As a way of saying thanks and to celebrate our 20-year commitment to football, we're offering you a chance to win tickets to watch your favourite team.

You could win two tickets for a Premier League game or four tickets for a Barclays FA Women's Super League game, until 23:59 on 28 September 2021

How to enter

Choose your favourite team and enter your contact details below. Just so you know, you can enter each league more than once, but you can only win tickets to one match during the prize draw period. We'll select the winner at random and let them know by email - they'll then need to get back to us within 48 hours.

Things you need to know

• This prize draw is for Barclays customers who are aged 18 and over
• You’ll need to have a personal current account, and be based in the UK (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man)
• You can enter more than once but can only win tickets to one match during the prize draw period - you can't resell the tickets
• Travel and accommodation aren’t included
• Please bear in mind that the tickets will be for the home club’s stand and can’t be used by away supporters
• All fixtures are correct at the time of publishing. If any games are rescheduled, the tickets will be valid for the new date
• Additional personal data may be required in order to secure tickets with the Premier League or Barclays FA Womens Super League and/or your data will be shared with the Premier League or Barclays FA Womens Super League and the Club once tickets have been allocated. Your data will not be used for any marketing promotion but purely to secure the tickets.
• From October 2021 COVID passport regulations are coming in to place for mass events. You will need to adhere to individual Club requirements from this date.

Barclays FA Women's Super League and
Premier League Barclays App Prize Draw

This document sets out the rules for this prize draw. Make sure you read them carefully and understand them all before you enter the draw.

Introduction

Barclays is running a promotion (the “Prize Draw”), between 10th September and 28th September 2021 (the “Promotional Period”) that gives you a chance to win selected Premier League and Barclays FA Women’s Super League tickets via the Barclays App.

The promotion provides Barclays Customers who have the Barclays App the opportunity to win:

• A pair of standard tickets to a Premier League match
  or
• four standard tickets to a Barclays FA Women’s Super League match

By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Rules

1. “Barclays”, the "Promoter" “we”, “us” and “ours” means Barclays Bank UK PLC of 1 Churchill Place, London E14 5HP

2. “Barclays Employee” means a full time or part time employee on a permanent or fixed term contract of the following entities: Barclays Bank UK PLC, Barclays Bank PLC and Barclays Execution Services Limited.

3. “Barclays Customer” means customers who have a personal current account with Barclay and have access to Barclays app. For the purposes of this promotion only, this definition includes Barclays Employees (as defined above) who have a personal current account with Barclays.

Who may enter?

4. The Prize Draw is open to United Kingdom residents, aged 18 or over at the time of entry only, who meet the criteria set out in Clause 8 of these terms and conditions.

5. You are not eligible for the Prize Draw if you are materially connected to the administration of the Prize Draw.

Entry

6. Entry into the Prize Draw is free.

7. You can enter the Prize Draw from 16:00 on 13th September 2021 until 23:59 on 28th September 2021 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries made after this time will not be valid, even if they appear to be registered.

8. To be entered into the Prize Draw you must:

1. Complete the entry form and,
2. Select your preferred Premier League and Barclays FA Women’s Super League team (20 Premier League clubs and 12 Barclays FA Women’s Super League clubs).

You will then have a chance of winning one match from your preferred Premier League or Barclays FA Women’s Super League team.

You may enter more than once over the prize draw period, but you can only win one match for your Premier League or Barclays FA Women’s Super League team.

9. Lost, delayed, undelivered, incomplete, entries made via third parties, or multiple entries will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.

10. Entries with obscenities, of a defamatory nature, include any personal details (e.g. address or bank details), or infringe any third party rights will be excluded from the Prize Draw.

The Prize

11. There will be 172 winners. The following are collectively defined as the “Prize”. The winner will receive one of the following selected at random based on their preferences in the entry form:

• 1 pair of tickets to a Premier League match for your chosen team.
  or
• 4 tickets to a Barclays FA Women’s Super League match for your chosen team.

Tickets for each team will be drawn as detailed in section 20.

12. The Prize has no cash equivalent and no alternatives to the Prize will be offered. The Prize and participation in the Prize Draw cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. However, in the event that the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. 

13. The Prize will be sent to the recipient via e-tickets or tickets will be arranged for collection.

14. E-tickets will be sent to the winners email address within 2 days of the match, or be available for collection at the event – the ticketing team will advise. All tickets will be subject to the additional terms and conditions as stipulated by each individual Premier League or Barclays FA Women’s Super League club and to be communicated to winners ahead of ticket redemption. 

15. Due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays or changes to fixtures. These will be communicated to the winner via the Barclays ticketing team.

16. Should the event be postponed, or travelling to/from the event be restricted due to local or national government restrictions in relation to Covid 19, the Promoter or their agents will contact the winners in such an event provided any government changes are announced with sufficient notice. Any cancelation or rescheduling due to any other reason will be announced by the Promoter and alternative provision at a future date will be arranged, no cash alternative will be offered. Before travelling to and from the event the winners will need to check the current, up to date government information in relation to any Covid 19 restrictions and follow any government guidance.

17. Barclays is not liable for delayed or non-delivery of the Prize for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to loss or theft in transit or any failure by you to accept delivery of and or collect your Prize for any reason.

18. The Prize Draw winner(s) are responsible for their own expenses, incurred in connection with the Prize including travel to and from the match.

19. The Promoter shall not be liable or responsible in case a winner should fail to use the Prize, for any reason whatsoever.

Selecting the Winner(s)

20. The winner (s) will be drawn at random by third party, Promoveritas on Wednesday 29th September 2021 by 17:00pm based on the following:

1. Winners will be selected based on the entrants chosen teams.
2. Winners will be selected in lots for each team.
3. The number of prizes available for each team are detailed in the prize details table at the bottom of these terms.
4. Once the number of prizes for a given team have been awarded no other tickets for the specific team will be awarded.
5. Only those entrants that chose a specific team on their entry form will be entered in to the draw for that teams tickets.

21. Barclays will notify the winner(s) via email by Monday 4th October 2021. The delay, due to the potential for a new winner be drawn, should a winner need to be replaced as detailed in clause 22.

22. The Promoter can replace any entrant selected as the winner if:

1. The entrant does not respond to the notification within fourty-eight (48) hours after it has been sent by providing any additional details required for provision of the prize and/or;
2. We reasonably believe that the entrant has broken one of these rules.

Should any winner be replaced, an additional winner will be drawn at random following the same process.

23. With the exception of any winner who has requested a suppression of their details under applicable data protection laws, the name and county of the winner(s) will be made available to anyone sending an email entitled Barclays FA Women’s Super League and Premier League Barclays App prize draw winner disclosure’ to the following email address buksponsorships@barclays.com within twenty-eight (28) days of the published closing date.

24. Winners of this promotion can request for a suppression of any disclosure of their details subject to any requirements to share promotion prize winner’s information with relevant regulators or to fulfil a legal requirement. All winners will be offered this right at the point of the winning notification detailed in Clause 19.

25. The Promoter’s selection of the winner(s) is final. No other correspondence will be entered into.

Personal Information

26. Barclays will only collect, store and use your personal information, such as name, age and basic contact details including email address, for the purposes of entering you into, administering, and promoting the Prize Draw as set out in these rules, and not for any other purpose without your consent. This will not affect any existing marketing preferences that you have registered with Barclays. In order to attend the match, Clubs are currently asking us to provide a first name and surname of each guest attending every match. As such, please note that if you win, we will need to collect the names of all attendees to the game to provide to the Club. You should ensure that you have the consent of any individual before you provide us with their personal information and have provided them with this privacy information.

27. By entering the Prize Draw, you consent that your personal information may be transferred to our service providers and agents (including their sub-contractors) to store and use as necessary to administer the Prize Draw. Barclays will ensure that any third parties processing or storing your personal information for the Prize Draw, shall comply with the same data protection requirements as Barclays and this personal data will only be processed for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw. The winner(s) of the Prize Draw consents that their personal information may be transferred to our service providers and agents (including their sub-contractors) to store and use as necessary to publicise the Prize Draw. If required, the winner(s) of the Prize Draw consent to their personal address being transferred to a courier company/postal service for the purpose of delivering the Prize. We will never pass your information to any third party for them to use in their own direct marketing, without your consent. We will only share the information of winners guests with the Club.

28. Personal information for all entrants and attendees will be held on record for as short a period of time as necessary to administer the Promotion and then securely destroyed. Personal information of the winner(s) will be held on file for a period of up to one year to satisfy regulatory reporting requirements on prize giving activities in different jurisdictions.

29. If you wish to opt-out of the Prize Draw please email the following address buksponsorship@barclays.com stating your request to opt out. If you wish to stop your personal data being used in this way in future, or enact your rights under applicable privacy law, please 'object to data processing' in line with our privacy policy. Please be aware that by opting out of your data being used you will be removing yourself from the Prize Draw.

Liability

30. It is the responsibility of the entrant to judge their fitness in relation to any medical condition(s) which could impact their safe participation in and or use of the Prize. To the extent permitted by law, Barclays will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw (including any damage to your or any other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading or accessing any materials), or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control.

31. The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Premier League, Barclays FA Women’s Super League. You agree to release Premier League and Barclays FA Women's Super League from any liability associated with the Prize Draws. 

32. This Prize Draw is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the third parties referenced in these terms and associated marketing, products or retailers featured in the prizes. Trademarks, logos and names of the third parties, products and retailers are the property of their respective owners.

33. To the extent that the Prize is viewed by HM Revenue & Customs as a taxable benefit-in-kind, Barclays will pay the full UK tax and social security liability arising on the associated benefit-in-kind on behalf of the winner(s). This will not affect the winning participants’ personal tax positions.

General

34. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter may choose to withdraw or amend the Prize Draw at any time.

35. By submitting an entry, you warrant that all information submitted as part of the entry is true, current and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries.

36. These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising in respect of this Prize Draw.

37. The Promoter is Barclays UK PLC 1 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HP.
