Can someone help. I have a natwest loan and wish to pay the settlement figure. But I want to do this without the hassle of calling. Does anyone know if I can do this through my online banking?

You can contact them through the app/online and make payments the same way.0

I've tried this and the answer I get is that I need to speak to the lending team 🤷♀️0

There is a section online (not sure if it's on the app) you complete where they come back to you with a settlement figure. You can pay by setting up a new payee using the loan sort code and account number rather than via the phone.
I know this because I had the same issue last week trying to settle a Natwest loan and the guy I spoke to said you can do it online (I told him well I've called now so may as well have you do it).1 -
You could also just pay £10 less than the outstanding amount and leave the £10 and any early repayment charge to be taken automatically as the last monthly payment.0

Yes I was thinking this, I gather I can do this through online banking and not the app?. The app doesn't let me manage my loan 😑draiggoch said:You could also just pay £10 less than the outstanding amount and leave the £10 and any early repayment charge to be taken automatically as the last monthly payment.0 -

You can do it via your app by setting up a new payee on it using the details of the loan account.Lolafrankie2 said:
