Hi, is it possible to get a CCJ that was included in a bankruptcy marked as satisfied?
Mine still show as active but would like to get the amounts set the zero if I can.

Wont the CCJ drop of your file before the BR does?0

It will but I wasn't sure if an active CCJ is worse than a satisfied one0

There is no way to mark a CCJ included in a bankruptcy.
It`s annulled by the bankruptcy, so cannot be enforced, but remains on file for the full six years.
Much the same as your bankruptcy does, so neither will make your credit file attractive to new borrowing.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
