This debt was from 2010 and defaulted in 2016
so when will it drop off my file please? Is it on the 6yr anniversary exactly?

They can't do anything to make a default stay on the report for any longer.danjackson2021 said:

They could apply for a CCJ, and if it is granted, there would be a CCJ marker on your report for 6 years.0 -
