When will this drop off my file?

This debt was from 2010 and defaulted in 2016

so when will it drop off my file please? Is it on the 6yr anniversary exactly?

    It will drop off the report after 6 years, but may take more than a month to update and go
    Credit card debt - NIL
    Home improvement secured loans 30,130/41,000 and 23,156/28,000 End 2027 and 2029
    Mortgage 64,513/100,000 End Nov 2035
    2022 all rolling into new mortgage + extra to finish house. 125,000 End 2036

    You've already been advised it may take more than a month to update, it will depend on when updates are made and the actual default date.

    I’m also worried they may try something to make it stay on the report a bit longer

    They can't do anything to make a default stay on the report for any longer.

    They could apply for a CCJ, and if it is granted, there would be a CCJ marker on your report for 6 years.
