mortgage has been approved subject to valuation so I’m quite anxious this goes well, it’s an in person valuation.

Depends on the lender. My brother said up to 48 hours but in reality he emailed me about 4:30pm that day saying all was well1

I was also told up to 2 working days for my lender to receive the valuation from the surveyor. I called my lender for an update and they told me they received the valuation and approved my offer the day the survey was carried out.1

Natwest's valuation on my (hopefully) new home was scheduled for yesterday. It took place and I can see on the Natwest tracker it's been received by them.
However, it's still not been process by the underwriters... so nerve wracking! Totally get you!0
