I won a competition with Chester Races for a trip to Dubai,it was delayed due to corona virus,yhey have now cancelled the price.

Ideally they should substitute the prize for something of equal or greater value, hopefully this is mentioned in the terms & conditions.
You could send a polite message enquiring what they are prepared to do regarding the cancelled prize.
