    Good question! I've seen a few people say that they've no interest in solar and wouldn't pay for a house with it. If it got to the stage of someone trying to push the price lower and weren't interested in the panels then keeping the FIT payment would be one way to negotiate. No plans to move at the moment so may never be an issue!
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
